Refusal to pay back deposit by Webuycars

Last year in September I paid WeBuyCars a deposit of R5 000 since I wanted to buy a car from them. Unfortunately I lost a contract because of lockdown and I couldn't continue with the purchase. Now they are refusing to give me back my money. Please help these people are ******. They don't care about anyone but themselves.
