Refusal to hand over paperwork of sold vehicle

I bought a car from them on the 4th of May 2019. I have been in constant contact with Hendry from the JHB south branch regarding the paperwork of the vehicle. It was a citi golf .4i that was purchased. The license disk expires at the end of November 2019 and I still have not received any paperwork of the vehicle. The service is bad especially considering how they treat customers while viewing vehicles. Seeing that they have received their money and all cleared on their side what is the hold up with regards to the paperwork of the vehicle being handed over. This is not the correct way to handle customers especially since you do not bend your rules for anyone. So please complete your side of the deal and meet your obligations by handing over vehicle documentation that you have not done yet
