REFUSAL TO GIVE VEHICLE DOCUMENTS

I bought a car from them cash in December 2019,and to this day, 04 March 2020 I have not received the documention to my vehicle, I tried communicating with them on Twitter and they don't respond, when I call them, they always say they will get back to me but they never do. The car is still not in my name and I have had it since December
