Refunds

We purchased a second-hand car from an auction held by We Buy Cars Polokwane, All staff was extremely friendly at all times, but the service took exceptionally long, the paperwork to get the car transferred to our names took about 4 working days- then only we were able to get the car. When we finally got the car, we were supposed to be refunded for the amount required to participate in the auction, that day, and use that to do the nessacary repairs to the vehicle. This has been taking six days and counting. I am completely dissatisfied, and highly recommend using another dealership when purchasing your car.
