Refund on money paid extra

My husband went to buy a motorcycle for my cousin on 20 July 2024 at We Buy Cars Richmond Park. My cousin received a R1000 discount but when my husband paid he accidentally paid the original amount without the discount. We buy cars then asked for his banking details to refund the R1000 which was paid extra and he gave it to them, my husband phoned several times but he still did not receive the refund and it has been more than a month, they said the paymentwill be made within 3 days. He phoned the dealership and the guy (Damian) that sold the motorcycle to him just says he will get back to him but he never does. Would you please refund my husband.

Please note he also phoned the National branch but they say they cannot help my husband and he should phone the salesman but like I said he is not doing anything about it.
