Refund of fixation

Hi :my name is Obakeng Aubrey Tsobane My experience with We Buy Cars JHB SOUTH is Unpleasant because I bought a KIA Sorento 2.2d CRDI 2010 MODEL which was advertised to be having problems with :stabilizers ,doors,fog lights and mountings. Now when I get to the RMI it's spark plugs ,gearbox oil was dirty and the clutch is dead ,how I logded a complain and was told that the R6600 I spent to fix the gearbox oil and spark plugs will only be paid once the review is made I sent every detail they asked me to.

Now this past Saturday I went to get my papers and met the Manager and he told me my money was paid into my account on the 31st July 2025 maybe it will reflect on Monday now that is Wednesday 06th August2025 I'm still waiting and I had to stretch my budget to fix the car now thinking I'll be paid back. So please I need my money back because I would have not bought the car if it was advertised with such faults. Yours faithfully :A.O.Tsobane
