Refund not received

Hi I on the 25th of march 2025 I deposited R4000 for online bidding and then I lost the bid, then on the 26th of March 2025 I requested a refund on the website then immediately received a message on what’s from webuycars saying:

“ Hello Kagiso Marvel Mbowane , Great news! Your refund has been successfully processed. 🎉 Here’s what to expect: • Credit/debit card refunds: It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. • EFT refunds: It may take up to 72 hours to reflect in your account. WeBuyCars ”

Mind you I didn’t even submit any account number to webuycars for the refund so 10 days passed and I haven’t received my R4000 refund.
