Refund not paid after a month of promises

I visited webuycars jhb south around the 19th of August i saw a car i liked and i paid the reservation deposit so i can go back and take it once my money was in. I then returned for the car and purchased it. I paid the full price of the car with my reservation deposit still with them, Sifiso my consultant had said they would refund me my deposit. I have been waiting since that day till today the 25th of September 2024, i contacted webuycars customer care asking for my money, they requested some documents and i sent them but the refund was never processed, i contacted Sifiso he told me he would get the refund processed but he never did. I wouldn't advise or recommend webuycars jhb south to anyone or else you'll lose your money, they are not to be trusted, on the day of the purchase i was forced to write a good review on Google about them or else the car that i had just purchased would be able to go out because after that review there is a code the send to the consultant that will allow you to get out of the store and leavevwith your yet you have paid for it. I am so disappointed in webuycars and i want my money back, this is the last time ibam working with you guys, you dont deserve my support at all
