Refund not being paid
I purchased a bakkie at Midrand branch and paid amount in full. On the day of collecting it, I got start less than 5km from the warehouse. The towing truck was sent and next day informed the deal is canceled due to mechanical issues on car. It is now one week since waiting for refund. The sales man Kabelo Tsebe is giving me no clear response on when I will get my refund. His response is always "as soon as I get Pop I will share it" . I have kept another car at another warehouse and cannot take delivery because i am waiting for funds.

So i see the refund was sent and still not processed. Ive followed up with the (Department) who handles our refunds. Everything was processed from our side.
