Refund not being paid

I am completely and utterly tired of dealing with we buy cars, I have been trying to withdraw funds amounting to R10 000 from my we buy cars account and I'm just not getting the service I expect, I am being sent from Pilar to post by the call center agents and no one is giving me an answer as to why I'm not getting my refund. I was directed to two people from the refund department and forwarded all required documents and have been promised that I will receive feedback from them, the first Agent was Apiwe and the other Juandre and both promised to give me feedback, after 3 days I still have not heard from these people. Why do I have to go through all of this trouble to get back what is mine? Why can't anyone assist me and why is there 10000 people dealing with one matter? It's a simple process which we buy cars insists on complicating. We Buy Car please get your people to contact me to resolve this matter. And stop hiring *********** people to do the work
