Refund me, your car drove less than a month with false dekra report.

the car I bought at we buy cars is a total disappointment, all the faults on the car are not listed on the dekra report and the car some times fails to start, and i also contacted the previous owner with the contacts i got on the dash system just to know what is wrong with the car but it keeps on getting new problems when i try to use it, also im not happy with the car honestly, im thinking or returning it and getting my refund.

Bought bmw f30 on february when we the car to testdrive everything seemed fine and nothing was a problem, not knowing the car is leaking oil and it wasnt even supposed to be testdriven on low engen oil and the cluster writes nothing.

Written a case and my case is WBC87074 and i dont get get the exact help i need now im requested bunch of things like quotations and my matter is escalated to the next person or department over and over again im sick of this ****.

I cant drive back your car because it has no oil and never used it a month, i asked that someone to come and take it then you say u dnt offer towing services

Its been two months now dealing with this issue and i drove the the car less than a month. And the lady helping me her name is Caren always waiting for management always, at this point i just need my money refunded
