refund issues

i bought a car 28 May which i made a R5000 for a car reservation the the following day i paid off the and collect it, the money i swiped off on the 28 may didn't reflect on their account therefore used the R5000 in my account which i used for bidding the other car, the 1st of June they received the R5000 which i now want it back, they supposed to refund me, yes according to their books they supposed to credit me, its 27 june today still waiting for my refund of R5000. still nothing, i tried their customer services who was assigned by the name of kimberly in midstream she's not helping. i have sent them all proper documents, but since im waiting.
