Refund for road worthy certificate

We buy Cars The Dome. I bought a platinum vehicle and was told to take my vehicle to road worthy and present them with proof of payment. I did that beginning of August 2024, up to date I haven't received my refund. I lodged a complaint via webuycars website with ref no 73344 on or about 07 August 2024, and up to date I am still waiting for my refund. When I call the customer care, I'm told that my complaint has been closed.

When I call Mohammed from We Buy Cars The Dome (sales agent), he either ignore my calls or promise that payment will be effected before the end of the day or the following day.

The service that I received ghere was horrible, I was given a vehicle on reserve fuel, when I require I was told that it is because I bought the vehicle cash, they offer fuel to customers who are buying on credit.
