Refund for misleading Advert

I saw a good-looking bakkie on WE BUY CARS oline auction. Having paid the whole price for it, i went from EC to Pretoria to fetch the vehicle. Just an hour out of jhb on my way back driving it, the bakkie lost power. It was advertised as 4x4, right there on the road i found out it's 4×2 and speedometer cluster is not working, meaning it's kilometer record is incorrect. I'm promised to be refunded the price i paid for it. But my problem is, the manager refused to refund R1000 fuel i filled on their car. I aslo need a refund for my traveling costs i incurred due to their incorrect and misleading advert. I would like to get a referral to where i can get an assistance for my complaint.
