Refund

The manner in which you handle refunds Is really disappointing I bought a car Chevrolet Spark on the 30 January just when I'm about leave the branch at midstream the car was already overheating and leaking at the some time ..the next day I went there to get my refund I told to fill in a complaint form which I did on Tuesday I went back to the branch I was told that my refund application have been approved and the money will reflect within 72hours it now my third week still waiting for refund called numerous times everytime I'm informed the will take another 48hours it is really disappointing and no body seems to care 😔 I'm always going thru your app I can c my money is there but it seems their is a problem to sent it into my bank account my money is close to 100k ...now I have to use a taxi to work in ths rain because I'm still waiting my refund

You are really a disappointing company if I can get media I won't even think twice to come there and explore this disappointment
