Refund
Reserved a car online with R2500 on the 3rd of Feb went to test drive the car and I didn't like it so I decided not to go for the car now its been 3 weeks struggling to get my refund that I paid with ozow They always promise to get someone to call me back which never happens. When it comes to refunds I always struggle with we buy cars! Poor service indeed.
