Refund delayed by Silver Lakes Branch of WE BUY CARS

Good day

I have a terrible experience with we buy cars Silver Lakes. I made a reservation for a car and then asked for refund. Sales person who was supposed to help started ignoring my messages because I was asking for refund.

When I call "we buy cars" they just keep on telling me that the Silver Lakes Branch will call me back as the matter can only be handled by the branch and no one called me for the passed two weeks.

I sent an email requesting an update and they just ignore my emails. The only thing they keep on telling me is that they will get back to me when I call the head office.

Only when I logged a concern on the website of "we buy cars", I then got a call from we buy cars asking me whats the refund for?

I ended up handing the matter to my legal team as I got tired of following up.

I would advise people not to make reservation on the Branch, there is just no process to follow regarding refund. Very horrible experience.
