Refund

Hi there It is Steven again. As you know I have bee battling to get my R5000 refund from We buy cars for 2 weeks now. On Wednesday the 15th of Feb Jaundre phoned me for the first time. He is the person "handling" my refund. He said to me that my refund will be paid before the weekend. Today 17 Feb I phoned him and this was what he said to me. He did everything from his side it is the people that makes the payments that is delaying. He then asked me if I know how many people phoned today and asked for their refunds. If this is the case I believe that they are earning interest on people's money like myself and that is why they are delaying for so long. He then gave me the excuse that the lady that is doing the payments is on leave. On Wednesday when he told me I will receive my refund he said nothing about a lady that will be on leave. I guess the next step will be legal action. I think they will keep everybody's money at least untill month end to earn a good interest and then refund us. For sure they will do it again next month and so on I wish I could take the car back and tell them to shuff it up somewhere.
