Refund

I bid on a vehicle online and won the auction. When I arrived at We Buy Cars Germiston the Vehicle was not as described as the Dekra Report. The Dekra Report stated that tyres in very good but had chunks out of it and 2mm tred left. Interior and seats good but seats cracked and driver side door pannel torn. Engine oil very good but had a engine oil leak. Vehicle body Good but was repaired at back side pannel and boot, had chip marks all over the front. All and all the vehicle was not as described as the Dekra Report and when I told the salesman I can't purchase the vehicle he told me he will speak to his manager. After a week time the cancelation is done but did not receive my R5000 deposit back. This is not fair as the vehicle is not as described on Dekra Report and this was not my fault. The vehicle will never had passed roadworthy with the tyres and many other things mentioned as good or very good on Dekra Report. This is un exceptable and want my R5000 deposit back or I will go to MIOSA and small clames caurt.
