REFUND A WEEK OVERDUE

Can you please assist with processing my refunds, I have a total of R10 000 outstanding. R5000 from Silver lakes and R5000 from Germiston. Both refunds were requested last week and still not processed I fail to understand what the problem is because on the pro forma invoice I saw We buy cars has a FNB account and I'm FNB so why is this money not in my account yet I am furious I want my money back asap! This is ridiculous. Both Maggie from Silver lakes and Jaques from the Germiston branch are not giving me any feedback instead they ignore my messages I am ****ed off I want my money this is horrible customer service.
