Refund

I just bought a vehicle on the 25th of January 2025 at webuycars Gqeberha on auction. I deposited to the auction account but for some reason it kept showing on the AR account, this happened twice because of some system issues. I eventually paid the balance. Just before leaving I was asked to pay another amount of R4000 because it was not appearing on sow account and that they would refund it back to me within 48 hours. It had been five days and I have not received my refund. The assistance from people dealing with these accounts is pathetic!
