refund

I bought a car with we buy cars on the 6th of December with a service plan and other vehicle plans. however, I cancelled the plans on the 8th of December. Today Innovation Group alerted me that they can't refund me because they never received money for the service plan. I looked at my We Buy Cars invoice and saw that the money for my service plan was paid directly to We Buy Cars. I am struggling to get the service plan refund from We Buy Cars. I am due a full refund.
