Ref 82677 unhappy customer

Good day

My name is Jabulani Shabangu on the 12th of December i collected the car From We buy Cars at Germiston. poor service at that place no sense of agency i was there at 9Am when they open i left the place at 6:30 pm as they were closing. 10day down the line the car i bought from that place stated liking oil i called then to come pick up their car. a car that's worth R308000. now these guys they don't want to cancel the deal because i don't want their car any more to this date i still don't have a car. We buy cars they really don't respect their customers, People please be wise when buying the cars from this place.

Its a lie no one has sent me an email regarding this matter i still don't have a car to this date on the 31st of January 2025 because We Buy Cars. has not paid back MFC their money back so that i cant start re application again its a lie. I've been told that We buy Cars will pay MFC on the 20th of January but still now nothing has happened. I've been Talking to Carin and Mpumelelo and they from We buy Cars and they are not helping with the situation infect my life is miserable right now. I still remain to say We buy Cars don't care about the customers please don't be **** by this Company. My ref no is 82677
