Rediculouse service paired with false advertising and very poor customer service at we buy cars

Rediculous,A company full of LIES They display false advertising to the public Tried to finance a vehicle through them,attempt number 14 on a vehicle,something finally happens and yet again a qoute recieved stippulating fixes and damages not displayed on the dekra report or by any salesperson,All of this after settling a discrepency about an employee who has been rude,uninformative and non compliant in any way... A report stating that only 3 problems have been found,has suddenly turned into a R28 000,00 qoute These pwople do not understand the term "in a rush" nor do they seek to satisfy clients to their best capabillities

False information is constantly being tranfered Asswell as unreasonable and theftfull qoutes that i have recieved on the vehicle after finalising the finance and approval.

This company has caused me unexplainable anger and disscomfort,the customer service is rediculous and the employees have no respect for the client or the job they are doing.

Even after speaking to upper management,nothing has been improved,Highly recomend not to make use of their services as it would be filled with false information and non disclosure paired with bad service.
