Recently had a dispute with Webuycars (Port Elizabeth) about them selling me a motor vehicle which model was advertised incorrectly,hopingly an innocent mistake and is still not resolved to date going on to day 10,just want to highlight a Person from Port Elizabeth Customer Care which name i wont disclose (C) for your poor attempt in assisting me and updating me daily.I have a feeling his phone is broken but i just want to mention an Angel from another branch Savannah Malherbe who assisted me more in 1 day then (C) did in the whole 10 days.She deserves acknowledgement for her efforts in sorting and keeping my updated from another branch.Well done Savannah you are a true Customer Care Agent.
