Really bad and uncalled for BAD experience

One of my worst and uncalled for, bad experience today 13 February 2022 at 12h40 Webuycars Sabax rd Aeron Johannesburg South. I was about to use the car sell facility in the entrance hall to get a value on my 1987 BMW E3 316 when I was approached by a male person and he requested if he could help me, I answered the affirmative and he ask me if I have all the required documents as well as the car there, I answered no I did not, then this rude, arrogant and impolite person I believe his name is Frik brushed me off and told me in no certain terms that he was very busy and did not have time to waste and that he had 6 cars waiting outside for him for appraisal. I tried to speak to him but to no avail I said to him if this was his lousy attitude to a potential customer I would never again approach Webuycars but rather sell my vehicle privately and his answer was "you do that " This is the first time that I have visited this branch of Webuycars and believe me it is the last time
