Rather just burn your money before buying a car here. A lot less pain and hassles.
Bought a BMW there, that was "in perfect condition". I have spent thousands repairing the vehicle and when I wanted to take the vehicle back the response I received was "Sorry, no longer my problem"

As per your complaint, kindly find that the CPA requires a customer to present the dealer with an opportunity to investigate the matter before conducting any repairs on a vehicle if the customer is planning to claim from the dealers.
Unfortunately, you did work on the vehicle without providing us with the opportunity to investigate the matter. In this case, the 6-month perceived warranty is nullified by your decision to repair the vehicle without prior arrangement.
We are therefore not liable for any refund and we can not be held liable for any defect that could have been caused by poor workmanship.
