I also appreciated that he generated an invoice before payment at my request, even though this isn’t standard company policy. There is room for improvement in managing customer expectations around vehicle readiness timelines, as well as time management, as I experienced delays while he assisted other customers during payment processing. Additionally, I’m not comfortable with the policy of paying before receiving an invoice, though Rameez handled this well when I raised it. Overall, a good experience with a helpful sales executive, but some operational improvements would enhance the process.
