****** buyer and shocking service from we buy cars

My son just had the worse selling experience with a We buy cars, buyer,Armand Van Wyk ,of their cape town branch. Firstly , they decide that the handwritten purchase of sale agreement which reflects the date is not good enough despite reflecting the date of purchase . Never mind that it is a valid contract and accepted by the licensing authorities for registration purposes. Then as if that is not crazy enough he says my son must provide him with an affidavit from the previous owner confirming the sale as well as proof of EFT which I cannot email him but he must enter the house to see . My son explains the following : he has changed banks but will try to get the affidavit and if not would have to sell the car via Gumtree . His response is "thanks for wasting my time "and he leaves . My son asked for the managers number and he laughed and clicked his tongue . I have sold a car to we buy cars before a few years ago , a Lexus GS450h , so neither I nor my family are unknown to them . At that time I got great service and even posted here about it . The difference ? My previous salesman was the same race as me whereas this salesman was a very arrogant , upright white guy and I am sure if my skin contained less melanin I would have been treated better .

I have posted on their Facebook page with no response . Stay away guys these people do not care about customers and all their talk about service is just that talk
