****** and customer bulling

Consumer bullying and ****** from Stefan manager in Montague Gardens Cape Town

I bought a Toyota Etoes from day 1 it gave me a signal smelling petrol but due to work I drove it for less time then flew to Joburg. On my return keep smelling and using high fuel more that my 320i. I then took it on long trip to see it and it showed me flame. I used double the petrol amount I use on BMW 320i. I informed sales rep and took it to their own mechanic who said there is no fault. They kept it by them from Thursday 20/08 last week still there waiting to go for check at Toyota.

To make things worse on my application for finance, proof of address original and insurance schedule I used my Gauteng address were 4 of my cars registered under me are there. We buy cars decided own their own register the car under western cape and all my 4 vehicles need roadworthy. There is no sense of remorse, accountability or urgency on my matter. I'm emotionally, financially and physically exhausted about how they treated me and wish to escalate this matter to consumer experts for legal opinions on to sue them.

Now the issue grown as the car fail road worthy after the ****** Stefan purely refuse to account and accept that he missed up. The car bought from 7/7/2020 tyres and shocks finished and the car failed road worthy and he said I must replaced the staff.
