R30000 trade-in assistance offer

My Experience at We Buy Cars Germiston I visited We Buy Cars Germiston yesterday, and I was really disappointed with my experience. I saw a discount of R30,000 listed as a trade-in assistance offer on the car I wanted to buy, and even the salesman confirmed seeing it. However, when they processed it on their system, they said the discount didn’t appear. Because of this issue, I wasn’t able to complete the car purchase as planned. There seemed to be a lot of confusion around the process, and it wasn’t clear why the sale couldn’t go through.
