Quick. Easy. Simple --- just a little bit less

I'm in the process of selling my mother's car at WBC. Its registration form, which was issued August 1999, has no barcode. WBC insists on a new eNatis registration form that has barcode. Funny thing though, the licensing department were curious as to why I want to replace a valid document (even if it is old). Just a comment hence the neutral score.
