3 weeks post buying my car and it hasn’t been registered! No one has called me to follow up on the vehicle and I’m honestly thinking my sales person is the worst !!

Can you please assist me in just the car registration? Can I do the process by myself and you refund me my R1 000.00. I need to also give feedback to my bank as they financed the process.
