Putrid service

We buy cars are not accountable on any level, I have never had such a terrible experience buying a car in my life.

Do not believe their Dekra reports. after the first week of taking delivery of the car, the brakes are gone and the fan belts are screaming. I then replaced it with my own money . then a week later the car started showing faults for almost everything, the battery not charging, DTCS was not working and the car shuts down completely.

You guys have so much of structures in place and they are not in the best interest of the customers but rather for you to hide behind. people rather buy a car from a reputable dealer and not We buy cars.

imagine , you first have to log a claim on their website for a agent to be in contact with you , The agent wont call you within 24 hours , you end up calling the customer care center like 10 times to get a hold of your agent to assist you.

i will never recommend we buy cars to anyone . please stay away....
