I've recently bought a second hand Ford Ranger from the Germiston branch. Wandile (Floor sales personnel) assisted with the test drive and indicated to me that the vehicle i was interest in was on auction. This is were the issues with this specific purchase started. Luckily Mark (Sales Executive) assisted me transferring the vehicle from a Auction item to stock item for financing. Overall the process was confusing and felt like there was limited set out procedures for how to proceed, luckily the personnel went the extra mile
