Previous damaged car sold as second hand

I did contact customer care, case is escalated for cancellation, but the cost involved is ridiculous due to a dishonest salesman I must pay for their incopotency. Car even has a Dekra report. You can kindly email me at *** I will be more than happy to give proof and more information

Can someone please explain you buy a car on finance and already paid 3 installments that amounts to R7450, then because of a damaged car being sold that went through Dekra, we buy cars decided to cancel my purchase but I have to pay another R7402 for use of the vehicle. Why don't they take responsibility and let the salesman pay any amount outstanding because of he didn't disclose car history on collection date. I also requested from Dekra an explanation how car is released without noting car was damaged and dashboard light came on just after 4 months. I will also contact the Automotive Ombudsman as Germiston branch can't accept they sold a car that was damaged and expect me to just pay more money because of their incompetence, but yet cancelled finance.
