I have bought a car from.midstream We Buy Cars. Firstly the buying process lack alot of professionalism. I was offered a OTP and I were pushed to buy certain things they offered that I did not want to pay for and after 3 weeks finally got the deal in place. The car needed a few internal parts as well as a badge that were not on the vehicle which were part of the sales deal and paid for by myselves. It is now 5 weeks that I wait for the parts and the salesman Henco who I am in contact with just ignore my request for when the paid items would arrive. They have made promises and so far nothing has materialized and no feedback since the sale we completed.
