POPIA Act violations. Distribution of private information

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will spend nearly an hour signing all their terms and conditions, some of which are regarding the distribution of your private information. You can select the option "NO" so that your information does not get distributed, this is exactly what I've done but I still got a call from Innovations centre JHB trying to sell me an extended warranty on the vehicle. They had my name as well as the make an model of the car which clearly shows webuycars sold my information either directly to them or to a data broker. This is totally unacceptable.
