Poorly managed

These people don't care about customers and the video I've made will go on other social media sites too. I went to we buy cars in montague gardens and brackenfell and found the same trend, why do you have disabled parking bays? Your buyers and managers park in these bays and people with disabilities like my mom and two other customers had to walk around the building to get in. I've queried this at these branches and was told don't worry the manager will look into it everytime the same nonsense. You put these parking bays only to pass the OHS then everything goes out the window. An action tracker should be put in place and you should be fined for this. Show some gratuity towards the disabled.
