Poor treatment to receive registration documents

I purchased a motor vehicle from we buy cars Silver Lake on the 30 December 2021. During the sale transaction I was told that I will receive car registration documents within 2 weeks time. The vehicle is performing well but I have been sent from pillar to post about registration documents. I call almost everyday but no one has a clue how long it takes to get registration documents. The only I answer I get when I call Tel *** is that I must wait for a SMS. They also make you to hold for a long time just to get the answer....WAIT FOR SMS. That is bad.
