Poor treatment for handing over vehicle registration documents

Hi, since I addressed my complain to Webuycars Silver Lake on 28 January 2021 regarding poor treatment and delays in handing over my car registration documents, I was promised that someone from their customer care agent will contact with me within 24 hours. However till today no one has contacted me and it is just silent. The main problem is that I have taken the vehicle for roadworth test and the certificate issued is only valid for 60 days. I am now left with 29 days to submit registraition documents to the traffic department failing which I have to pay another R550.00 to the car testing center for roadworthy. The treatment is very bad.
