Firstly our sales rep in Jhb South was helpful at first we got pre approved told us to pay holding fee of R5000 we paid this on the 7th of July 2025 we waited for almost a week to get feedback from them then they want more documents we send them the documents and still do not get an answer from them we effentually phone them after the sales man and financial lady does not respond to you text or phone calls and within minutes of giving them grieve they tell us we are not approved this was ons the 12th of June 2025 they ask us to send them our bank confirmation letter and we immediately send it up to today the 18th of July 2025 we still do not have our money back

Coming up with the excuse to say that ot was paid on the 13th and because of the public holiday on Monday from today it will take 4 working days to reflect

Does this stupid people think we are dumb of the payment was made on the 13th the payment should have reflected yesterday or early this morning

They are *********** *****s We are busy logging a ***** case against them

And they are more than welcome to get in contact with me to find out who the sales man and financial lady is that is *****ing our money

We will also now be requesting the interest that the R5000 has picked up since the 7th of July 2025 and yes customers you are allowed to do that this is your right to req it

Go to Mit Mak Motors they are the most helpful and most friendly staff and got a car not even 1 and a half days after contacting them
