POOR SERVICE WE BUY CARS

I bought a vehicle at WBC in Germiston in December. The salesman assured me, the radio was just disconnected, and it will be connected for me.....never the less, we left....the radio NOT working. I send 2 e mails without ANY response. Then in January i got a message to pick up the NATIS papers, which i did. When i got home i saw that should the vehicle be GOLDEN CERTIFIED (Which it is) they issue you a coupon for roadworthy. AGAIN i sent e amils...twice...AGAIN without ANY feedback. Neither of my enquiries were attended or responded to. I see this extremely POOR after sales service!!!!!
