Poor Service We Buy Cars

I bought a car from we buy cars midstream,Opel Astra 1.6 turbo sport on the 27 November and on the 18 December the car gave me a problem I towed back to Midstream branch.they took the car to WHO Auto the problem was the Angle Sensor.I was communicating with the customer care aget by the name of Wynand Piters.on the 30 December I went to collect my car at midstream branch only to find out my service book and lid lid are missing I reported the matter to the manager on duty Karian before taking the car and send an email to *** I am stuck with out a service book and lid and need to drive to cape town from Pretoria.looks like nobody is willing to help me with my service book and lid.my service book and lid got lost between midstream branch WHO Auto now nobody is taking responsibility to replace my service book and lid now I have to drive to cape town from Pretoria please help me resolve this matter
