POOR SERVICE - WE BUY CARS - 1950

I have had a terrible experience at We Buy Cars. I paid for the car, on their system, their system shows the car as fully paid, yet they won't release the car and insist on a POP which I dont have. They take your money, refuse to release the car, or give your money back. I have really tried to sort it out directly with them, but are just not interested Its like they want to keep your money as long as possible, and in so doing get interest at your expense. They have no regard for you as a client. They just bully you with their systems I have contacted them 4 times, and all they can say is protocol, is protocol, they make no effort to confirm that they have the funds
