Poor service on Mercedes purchased

I logged a concern regarding mercedes i purchased that had a fender that was incorrectly painted . I was advised by Abigail Nkumba at the complaint department that I can send a invoice of the repairs which I had carried out at a panelbeater. The invoice was sent refering to complaint number 135152. I have been given a run around with no return call from Abigail. I was place on hold for more than 30 minutes by Lerato. The service has been appalling. I have heard complaints from others that have purchased cars from We buy cars . I have had a first hand experience of their poor service .
