Poor service from We Buy Cars very poor dealer or lot assistance

Good day I went to sell my car with we buy cars.

I bought a land rover on the same day from We buy cars. No warning lights came on and no indication on any faults were identified other that what was on the DEKRA report. When I drove off from we buy cars i drove for 14 km and suddenly the vehicle came to a stop. Apon investigation i found that the car overheated. as i tried to put fluid the vehicle however I found that the heater pipe which is not visible to the eye had punctured. I took the vehicle to the branch by towing it in because there were no assistance from them. upon closer inspection no ECU warning system no other faults was indicating. the vehicle shocks were done for no report on DEKRA. the vehicle was sold with faults that was not declared to me nor my wife. this was from Rustenburg Branche. the branch manager is refusing assistance and is Letting Stephan Venter talking to me as the sales person. this is unacceptable and i need urgent assistance.

As you can see I lodged this with the relevant parties yesterday unfortunately your office is closed and I need urgent assistance. This is a we buy cars depot at Rustenburg whom has succeeded in deffemation of caractor when they deal with my wife and I as they pull my integrity and hers through the mud. We went to them in good faith with purchasing of vehicle however this would be the same day their so called pre loved cars was a total stuff up. The gentleman went with me through the dekra report yet there were no not of shocks totally damaged the vehicle it self had faults that did not indicate that there is a problem on it as this car is computerised non off these actualy were checked by dealer to allert the purchaser. As I drove off vehicle were running for 14 km then all of a sudden no nothing smokked and came to a stand still. The seller were emediately notified of the problem and he said they can not help me I have to get the vehicle there. The lot in Rustenburg at this stage still refuses assistance as the car were left with them since yesterday the 16 of December 2024 at 14:45.

The sales agent were notified that we haven’t had this vehcle for 3 hrs yet it is damaged and motor most likely has blown head gascket. He Steph**** Venter acknoladge this is an unfortunate event. After consultation with my wife they agreed to have this settled by us taking another vehicle however according to them this is now my problem Please intervene as I refuse to take the vehicle from them in this state and the information of sale was misleading. This caused pain and suffering to myself and my wife as I had to hike to work toady in benoni as this vehicle is basically a dud. Todays date will be 17th of December 2024 at 15:49 mail drafted .
