Poor Service from We Buy Cars Ric****nd Cpt. POOR SALES MAN SERVICE CONWELLT

Since we asked questions since day one and paid in full. M Erasmus is still not answered by the Sales Consultant ConwellT. He is not answering is emails nor our phone calls.

His service is poor We have emailed Customer service of We Buy Cars Customer service is just passing the bucket.

We just want out matter to be resolve like a customer need to be treated.

We as customers need to make calls. Sending emails that we being ignored.

No manager to speak to of We Buy cars Richmond Cpt. This is the first purchase at WBC and the service is poor..

Please can We Buy Cars manager contact Mr M Erasmus on *** and answer is email that he have the right to know. NO COMMUNICATION NO ASSISTANCE NO MANAGER
