POOR SERVICE FROM WE BUY CARS
we were busy with an application for finance with the branch in silver lakes and Gitte Kietzmann was helping us. we did the submission and send all the requested documents. ever since 14 May 2024 I kept on requesting for feedback. when I call she is busy and she never replies on my e-mails or calls me back after numerous messages I have left. the lady assisting me yesterday advised that someone else would call me but it also did not happen. today same thing. i am really disgusted with the treatment.
