Poor Service from Salesman and Finance Lady!!! Bracken Branch

The poor service we got from Saleman Manroe (sales) & Elaine (Finance) from Brackenfell Branch very disappointing.

I wanted to purchase the vehicle under finance but i wanted them to give me the Offer to Purchase the vehicle because i will get staff discount via my preferred finance bank.

Sales guy first told me lot of excuses how they "wont reserve the car" "process it will take weeks" "they quicker than my preferred route" yada yada yada... I still told him i want OTP, so i sent the required documents around 10am on 9 March 2020 to Finance lady, she didnt bother to respond whole day even though i called them around 16h00 asking them what is the delay issuing the OTP, Sales guy advised me finance lady will send it shortly.

The next morning around 9am i called, sales guy says the wifi is off she will respond as soon as its back online. Time passed around 12am i called and now he tells me the car is under auction and cannot be sold, i should wait around 14h00 when managers finish with their meetings. Then i told him i am coming to the store so they can show me the proof that states vehicle under auction, as i cannot see it online website.

I was so irate because clearly his jeopardizing the whole sale due to me choosing my preferred finance bank, clearly if things dont go their way they treat people like sh*t. Sales guy then sends me WhatsApp (got the proof as made backup) that the was misunderstanding from their side and finance lady will send the OTP. Its now 14h00 10 March 2020, still waiting for it.

I spoke to the manager as well to be honest he didnt seem to give a damn sh*t about the situation perhaps maybe of my skin color or age.

I challenge you guys of color to go there to their floor and ask for assistance querying about the vehicle and see if the same enthusiasm and energy will be the same if lite of color was in question.
